Peaches, apricots berries and oranges are all good sources of sugar; jams, marmalades and candy are not, since the sugar is so concentrated in those foods.

Strength and muscle tone will be palpably increased. Your complexion will be smoother and have better tone. Your digestive system will function properly. The effects of stress will be less noticeable. If you happen to be able to see better as well, without having to pay for the expertise of the medical profession, you’ll be winning on a number of fronts.

Some might call those selfish reasons (improved looks, a better physique, more disposable income) underlying the quest for better eyesight. Maybe… And so what? Sticking to a healthy diet is always the first line of defense against any malady or shortcoming. People who look good almost always feel good. Try it out and you’ll see.
